She is absolutely gorgeous. This amazes me so much! I love the mask/doll-like face, and the empty black eyes. Her expression really makes me smile, and I love the glow of her skin and the dips in her hair. She is just, all together, perfect.
Did you draw her out by hand first, or did you draw her on the computer (with a tablet or mouse)??

I'm going to be lame and say "WOW"... this is an awesome piece.. all in photoshop too. The feathery scarf/ruff is .. again awesome... The lace too.. and the hair... i'm so horrible at hair. I could only wish that you'd submit some details, so that I could peer at them with my nose to the screen and wish I had the patience for such work.
